I followed one of the owners from another company thus maintaining a 20 year business relationship with him, clearly this says it all. That aside this company has a wealth of technical expertise and we have relied upon this to successfully resolve issues in a reactive way but also importantly implement emerging technologies proactively ensuring our mission critical hardware and software management systems remain operational with multiple redundant failover systems.
