These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Parkway (LEICS) Limited T/A Parkway Computer

Services. (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our clients (“you”, “your”). By using our services or this website, you agree to these Terms

1. Services Provided

1.1 We provide managed IT services, consultancy, and subscription-based software and cloud services.

1.2 Some services are provided on a reseller basis (e.g. Microsoft 365, Synology C2, or other third-party services). We are
not responsible for the availability, performance, or features of such third-party services

2. Payments

2.1 Subscription services are billed monthly in advance (or as otherwise agreed in writing).

2.2 Payment must be made by the due date stated on our invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of
services.

2.3 Prices may change. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes

3. Service Availability

3.1 We will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3.2 For third-party services provided on a reseller basis, availability is subject to the third party’s service levels and terms

4. Liability

4.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

4.2 We shall not be liable for:

  • loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
  • loss of data (unless directly caused by our negligence and recoverable under applicable law);
  • indirect or consequential losses.

4.3 Our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with our services shall be limited to the greater of
(i) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (ii) £250,000.

5. Data Protection

We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Where we act
as a reseller, you acknowledge that third-party providers may also process data under their own policies.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive
jurisdiction over any disputes.
